The real developments have shown that most probably, the American elite have neither any idea about real reasons of the crisis, nor any adequate antirecessionary scenario, correspondingly. Why not, is a separate matter: either the skills of experts are just too weak, or a serious rift did happen within the elite preventing from finding consensus in developing some positive approach to the issue; or maybe there’s some other reason.
